Just wait for Ottawa to ask you for medicals and PCC if everything else is ok in ur file.. They won't send you confirmation of receipt.

wait for medical..........I sent docs in jan 2012..........in feb 12, i recd letter that file transferred in ottawa..............in april 12, received email asking medical & pcc.......

I am still waiting for confirmation letter/medical after submitting requested forms on Jan 31st 2012.

Online status still doesn't have any update and it shows that application received in November 2007.

I just called to CIC and he confirmed that my file is up to date and they have received documents which I sent on Jan 31st File is in pipeline of reviewing documents and representative doesn't know how long it will take. (I am not sure how did he confirmed this).

Do you think that represetative may have extra information than online status?
What is another way to confirm it? OR Should I just wait? (I have noticed that most of us have received update even document submitted after Jan 2012.)

Just Wait like a month until June 3rd, you should receive something from them. Wondering why you have not received any letter saying your file moved to ottawa or new delhi

Document Request : 25 Nov 2011
Documents Submitted: 13th Feb 2012 (Received by immigration office CPC Mississauga)
E case- No change
Rest waiting???

I have received a letter from CIC today May 4th in the mail saying "You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor" and that "the documents have been forwarded to the country of residence for processing"

Some people on this forum have mentioned the word "approval" in their confirmation letters. Can someone confirm this was the case or the word approval is being generically used by the posters?
