I got this finger printing request (2nd request) email from CIC-Pilot :
============================

If you are outside of Canada and not living in the USA, please contact the appropriate visa office for fingerprint instructions:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp

You must contact the visa office within 30 days from the date of this notice. The appropriate visa office will send the fingerprints and a copy of this notice directly to the RCMP in Canada. The RCMP will send the results to the Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa at the address below within the processing time on the RCMP website.

=============================

I have checked the CIC-India website but no information is there and My parents have already tried contacting Delhi Embassy in person, but no information was provided either. I wrote an email to Delhi Embassy about the same, no response yet.

Anyone aware of such request?

Check out at - http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cr-cj/fing-empr2-eng.htm

From Delhi, you have to take services of any finger printing agency and send the finger prints to RCMP, Ottawa. They will send back the results to your case handling office.

If the applicant is in North America, can use some agencies who have electronic finger printing facility - means the result in few days. In your case, a paper finger print will require and it will take around 6 weeks for RCMP to process. From India, besides Delhi Police and other govt finger printing agencies, you can also use private companies like J K Consultancy (google for similar agencies from Delhi).
The paper finger print form you can find at - http://www.reliabilityscreening.com/downloads/RCMP_GRC_C-216C_Form.pdf

I will be sending passport and other docs by courier to:

Immigration Section
Unit B
PO Box 5209
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
ND 110021
India

I have heard courier does not deliver to PO Box. Has anyone had experience with this?
What address did they send to if they used courier?

Thanks

I believe courier do delivery to a PO Box but you will not get any signed acknowledgement as they drop in the PO Box at Chankyapuri Post Office. There is no way to get any acknowledgement for a PO Box delivery.

Hi:

Did anyone send their passport to ND VO using the PO box 5209 address via courier?
Can you please advise which address you used as i will be sending passport. The courier is refusing the confirmation if delivered to PO Box.

I want to make sure of the address.

Thanks.

Yes, I used BlueDart for the same address and I also can see online with the tracking number that it has been delivered on the next evening.
