what exactly does it says on Decision made line..?

just update today my online status changed to Decision made from in process mode.

now it says following statement online:

We received xxxxxx's application for permanent residence on March 25, 2008.

We started processing xxxxxxxx's application on June 23, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on xxxxxxxx's application. The office will contact xxxxxxxx concerning this decision.

this is all it say......i have copy pasted it.....

We received your application for permanent residence on October 18, 2008.

We started processing your application on July 27, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Big update:

Finally today parents received passport with PR status.............

I am still dreaming that parents already received PR visa from ND - LVO.

I am so happy and parents are excited to come here very soon..i feel today i won a lotto max.........

all the best all of you....

CIC given one year to come here in Canada.
