Actually I got 2 letters from CIC - one was 2nd May, and other was 10th May.

Does this answer your question?

Yeah sort of. I would assume it is a 3 month delay between AOR and medical requests ; was your file transferred to New Delhi or Ottawa?

Where is your file? Ottawa or New Delhi
When was your case approved
Did you get Schedule A and Foreign Travel form like RBO as well?

Mine was dated 7th July 2012.

FYI, If your parents are in Gujarat than in only Apollo Hospital have facilities do Medical.

yes, I had received part A of Medical Report for my parents. My parent have completed their medical at Appolo and waiting for PCC certificate.

Still I am not sure which documents are valid for proof of relationship with parents. I have plan to send My Indian Cancelled passport with explanation.

Does anyone know "Date of Birth" ceritificate from Indian Consulate can help here? (Please note that this is not Birth Certificate as per information on consulate website)
Anyone has format of this document?
Does it include full name of father and mother?
Any other option?

I did not recieved any Medical form which requested by CIC, but parents did Medical at Apollo Hospital.

Now waiting for one week before sending Original passport and related documents to CIC.

I am planning to send all docuements in first week of August.
