I received a letter for the updated financial evaluation IMM1283 required from CIC Missisauga.
This is what it says (I have deleted the names and dates for privacy reasons):

I guess I need to send all the paperwork they asked for.
I have requested for the Option C printout for the year 2011. I havnt filed my Income tax for the year 2012 yet.
T1 is the filled 2012 income tax form, right?
Now my concern is I am on Long term disability right now Just started in Feb after Short term. I might go back to work by the end of this month I hope or may be sooner. Is my disability going to effect my parents sponsorship. Income I am getting from Insurance is non taxable.
Please advise.
Is anyone else being asked for these papers as well?

Thats strange, re-assessment after requesting PP
So basically they need to have Income proof from March 2012-2013, haven't you received T4 for 2012?
Rules says
Sponsoring an eligible relative
You can sponsor certain relatives if you are a citizen or permanent resident of Canada and if you are 18 years of age or older.
You may not be eligible to sponsor a relative if you:
failed to provide the financial support you agreed to when you signed a sponsorship agreement to sponsor another relative in the past
defaulted on a court-ordered support order, such as alimony or child support
received government financial assistance for reasons >>>>other than a disability<<<
were convicted of a violent criminal offence, any offence against a relative or any sexual offence—depending on circumstances, such as the nature of the offence, how long ago it occurred and whether a record suspension (formerly called “pardons” in Canada), was issued
defaulted on an immigration loan—late or missed payments
are in prison or
have declared bankruptcy and have not been released from it yet.
---------
So I guess, you should be OK
But best is to ask here
