Maybe it was the right decision to go back, maybe not.
For your old employer to take you back maybe you were a good employee or maybe out of pity.
What ever it is we wish you the best.
For us who are still here it is our positive attitude that has kept us going.
It is natural when you have to learn to survive in a new country. Just like a baby taking its first step.
It is not impossible to get the job you want. All you have to do is try a bit harder.
Those of us still here may agree with me or else they would be taking the flight home. Good luck on your new venture.

To be fair Nikhil,
India has only 1.
I see Malta has 54 , its a tiny island which you can literally cover on foot.
Something in the HDI that seems out of whack.....not sure will have to read it in detail.

Here universities get plenty of monetary aid from the goverment and this helps them in buying instruments, journals, books and equipments. All these resources are pretty scarce in Indian universities. Also because of the Indian political system not all university professors are selected on the basis of merit but are selected based on caste reservations.

I once made a mistake, but I was wrong about it.
I think its a very personal decision of Interceptor who has spent 3 years here , must have slogged , must not have seen hope and then decided to quit for good in every sense of the word . Lets respect his decision as much as we respect VJs fighting spirit to stay on . They both must be having those reasons and again we shdnt be judgemental on others .
From my side I thank Interceptor for providing valuable feedback and wish him all the best for future . Who knows he might still return after 2 years -- that again wud b his personal decision .
Manasvi.
Thanks all !!!!
For respecting my decision.
I know it is very bold decision for me and my family, I tried for 3 years and after that only I have concluded to make a move.
I dont have anything to say against Crenshaw as he seems to be the most frustrated member on this site and i have always seen him writing negative for all others always.. i know my english is not too good.( I agree) but i dont think u need english with correct grammer in canada.
If u can use english to communicate to others and if they can understand what you are conveying then it should be okay as people in canada are not going to write big literatures.
As Manasvi, wrote i know i may come back but my 2 nd innings will not be as a labour but will be with some decent job for sure...That is my determination and faith in myself.
But everybody has a limit and one should know their limits or else they will be screwed badly.
Everybody has their own priorities in life and i believe priorities changes with different stages of life.
I know if you have determination, goal and willingness to work hard you can achieve anything if not today but tommorrow.
I wish all the best to all of you.
