Visiting, Traveling and Picnicing: Visiting India

Laptop: ...All the best while going to India. The T.O airport nor the indian airport is concerned with 1 laptop per person. In India , especially they say that one laptop is free of duty. The T.O. airport only asks if you have Jewelery once you come back. You may or maynot say yes. I said NO , though i carried a lot of gold/ diamonds for a friend in Toronto (sent through me by their family members). Try to get a round pin to go over your rectangular pin and check to see that your Laptop will operate at 220/240V. TK

...Thank you for not repeating your as usual discussion early. The results is not up to expected. Those who must remain in top three were last three i.e. Emon, Amit, Chang. This is surprising. Now Indian Idol has lost the charm after elimination of Depali, Puja, Perling and Chang. Ankita and Prashant doesnt deserve to be in top five. As per me top five must be (1) Amit (2) Emon (3) Deepali (4) Chang (5) Puja

Started by: amitcr on 27 Jan 2008
Calculations: ...Your calculations are good and correct to the best of my knowledge. If you are in good health and you are able to travel and complete the requirements prior to that, then you will be laughing all the way to the Indian Continent. But RENEW your PR Card for a New one with current picture a month prior to the lapse of the card. Then you will have more clout to your re-entry. This is just a suggestion and you can take it or leave it. Good Luck. Freddie.

Now the questions is - is it just a time being geasture or really Pakistan has changed its policy towards Indian and Kasmir? May be he has asked for good deal with US/UK in terms of this. Time will tell.
